I’m seriously mind blown by the quality care my wife and I received today. We have been on a new wellness journey and have struggled to find a primary care provider that actually listened or cared. When I came across an ad for Sisu Health Clinic, it sounded like exactly what we had been looking for. I still had reservations from previous experiences at other places, but Marja and her staff were beyond amazing and listened to our extended list of health concerns and addresses each one with knowledgeable ideas and a proactive approach. Had my first appointment at Sisu and had a great experience, very clean, comfortable and calming office. Staff was so nice, Marja was so great and I never once felt rushed, she answered every question I had and really took her time. Lucky I found a great PCP!

I have been seeing Marja for a year now and just need people to know how amazing she is. She has been seeing me through an unexpected cancer diagnosis and more. I always end up leaving feeling more reassured and hopeful with a plan to tackle the next 3 months. She is one of the best providers I have ever seen. I am so grateful that a coworker suggested her and that I listened to the suggestion. Her staff is wonderful as well. They always remember me and are friendly and gracious. I am usually not a fan of the doctor; my experience is usually just being pushed out the door quickly, limited time for questions and cold treatment. I get the opposite from this office, coming here I know that I'll be taken care of and listened to regarding concerns. My husband enjoys coming here too, she has been very helpful with his newfound health issues. I cannot recommend Marja enough, and appreciate the ladies here 100%.

everyone at the desk was nice, and I had such a great experience with my establishing care appointment with Marja Adair especially!! she listened and made me feel comfortable talking about the care i need, which, really, is quite an accomplishment when i'm not even 100% comfortable with myself yet. they're friendly and knowledgeable about gender affirming care, and, let me tell you, that is a HUGE relief in the middle of the tri-cities. it had also been i-don't-even-know-how-long since I last had a regular health check-up, but no judgement there either! the only problem is that I had to book my appointment out 2 months in advance, but that's more of an issue with Tri-Cities healthcare in general. maybe it's weird to look forward to literal medical appointments but I'm excited to keep visiting
